Santa Claus rides through last year’s Christmas parade. His arrival for this year’s parade may be delayed because there is an 80 percent chance of rain in the Thursday forecast. City and Reliance Bank officials are keeping their eyes on the forecast and will announce this afternoon if the parade will go on as scheduled at 6 p.m. Thursday or be postponed to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10.
