The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Monday:

• Elizabeth Brooke Faulk, 25, of 27260 Whitt Elliot Way, Ardmore, negotiating worthless negotiable instrument

• Patrick Coty Williams, 19, of 20484 Cox Road, Athens, third-degree burglary and attempted third-degree burglary

• Elizabeth Anderson Callahan, 32, of 914 Sam Ramon Ave., Huntsville, third-degree burglary

• Karen Gasper Garrison, 44, of 2659 Kirby Bridge Road, Decatur, negotiating worthless negotiable instrument

• Marquel Dewayne Phipps, 34, of 1402 Arctic St., Apartment A, Athens, non-payment of child support

• Marcus Jabriel Smith, 23, of 16609 Blackburn Road, Lot 8, Athens, public intoxication

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no thefts Monday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Travis Lee Jarrett, 45, of 606 U.S. 31 South, Room 119, Athens, probation violation of a previous conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol

• Holly Beth Wilson, 29, 2232 Levert Ave., Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Kahrli Cheyenne Powers, 18, of 21855 Nelson Road, Elkmont, possession of a controlled substance

• Amber Lynn Lankster, 29, 18414 Alabama 99, Lot 82, Athens, third-degree criminal mischief

• Billy Lee Carruth, 23, of 1443 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Amber Leann Hill, 25, of 74 James K Drive, Danville, public intoxication

• Darlicia Lerice Smith, 25, of 1401 N. Malone St., Athens, contempt of court

• Guadalupe Guzman Romero, 46, of 15890 Evans Road, Athens, third-degree criminal trespassing

• Amy Jessica Boyd, 43, of 16823 Huntsville-Brownsferry Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Jacob Wayne Austin, 20, of 15916 New Cut Road, Athens, driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Monday:

• Damages totaling $75 to a mailbox due to criminal mischief Friday in the 1200 block of Miller Street

• Craftsman titanium drill bits and a Craftsman Evolve drill, total value $100, stollen Friday from the 100 block of U.S. 31 North

• One bottle of Barefoot brand Chardonnay wine, valued at $9.99, stolen Friday from the 100 block of U.S. 31 South, Suite H

• Miscellaneous items totaling $267.96 stolen Friday from Wal-Mart
