County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Michelle Dawn Hinds, 35, of 21258 Ashley Brook Way, Elkmont, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Douglas Mark Maurer, 57, of 24786 Chapman Hollow Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Gregory Scott Poss, 31, of 19135 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, identity theft

• Savannah Re Pride, 26, of 22406 Easter Ferry Road, Elkmont, violated probation on previous conviction for second-degree robbery (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)

• Summer Breanne Pylant, 20, of 19795 Cox Road, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Melissa Janay Scott, 38, of 4414 Bonnell Drive, Apt. C, Huntsville, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Priscilla Dean Williams, 30, of 202 Bullington Road, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no thefts Thursday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Anthony Merwin Draper, 60, of 1711 W. Elm St., Apt. 80, Athens, driving under the influence of combined substances

• Nathan Henry Rodriguez, 24, of 21360 Ashley Brook Way, Elkmont, probation revoked on previous convictions for third-degree theft, attempt to elude law enforcement and second-degree possession of marijuana

• Dana Angel Springer, 22, of 13774 Robinson Lane, Elkmont, third-degree theft

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Thursday:

• Carton of Pyramid cigarettes, value $35, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle May 14 in 600 block U.S. 72

• Cigarettes and various Skoal products, total value $23, stolen May 13 in 600 block South Jefferson Street

• Skin care products, value $47, stolen May 14 at Wal-Mart

• Unauthorized use of Chevrolet Blazer, value $3,500, on May 14 in 600 block Ninth Avenue

• Three pairs of flip-flops, T-shirt, clothing, sunglasses and various other items, total value $54, stolen May 14 in 17800 block U.S. 72 West
