County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Lisa Cheryl Branson, 43, of 23435 Christie Drive, Toney, possession of a controlled substance and

possession of drug paraphernalia

• Caleb James Brown, 22, of 10490 County Road 92, Rogersville, second-degree theft

• Patrick Oneal David, 42, of 909 W. Washington St., Athens, violated parole on previous conviction for second-degree possession of a forged instrument

• Amy Ann Green, 29, of 11750 Cowford Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Steven Eugene Hacker, 23, of 16376 Parker Road, Athens, second-degree theft

• David Eugene Harrison Jr., 32, of 1304 Cactus St., Athens, two counts of harassing communications

• Joshua Alexander McKinney, 24, of 12162 Elk River Mills Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of third-degree burglary

• Cheryl Alina Myers, 49, of 504 10th Ave., Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Robert Christopher Thompson, 23, of 4218 N. Fairway Drive, Punta Gorda, Florida, violated probation on previous conviction for fraudulent use of a check

• Jacob Alexander Wallace, 23, of 14554 Sloan Road, Athens, second-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Johnny Clyde Warren, 48, of 810 Petty St., Moulton, violated probation on previous conviction for distribution of a controlled substance

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• TONEY — Stereo system, Nokia cellphone and 32-inch TV, total value $275, stolen between June 8 and 9 in 27800 block Saddle Trail

• ATHENS — Fuel pressure test kit, 4-inch DeWalt grinder and pipe wrench, total value $540, stolen March 25 in 27400 block U.S. 72

• ELKMONT — Bernhard crossbow and Savage .22-caliber rifle, total value $375, stolen June 7 in 28600 block Pettusville Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Phillip Wayne Stewart, 58, of 303 Longview St., Athens, harassment

• James Ruben Hatter, 35, of 16606 Hampton Lane, Athens, third-degree theft of property

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported no new thefts Tuesday.
