County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• David Anthony Aquino Jr., 21, of 20 Wood Musket Trail, Rochester, N.Y., second-degree illegal possession of marijuana

• William John Castiglione, 41, of 29841 Oliver Road, Ardmore, non-payment of child support (Michigan)

• Timothy Carl Kelly, 21, of 2060 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester, N.Y., second-degree illegal possession of marijuana

• Byron Christian DuBose, 28, of 22445 Shawnee Lane, Athens, DUI and possession of a controlled substance

• Petrana Stewart Howard, 60, of 28699 Monte Way, Elkmont, harassment

• Sherry Annette Smith, 48, of 23833 Glover Road, Athens, public intoxication

• Preston Cody Wallace, 22, of 808 W. Bryan St., Athens, bond revocation on a previous charge of third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:

• ATHENS – Snapper brand weed trimmer, valued at $130 stolen between April 3 and 9 from the 11000 block of Lucas Ferry Road

• MADISON – iPhone 5, cash and beer, total value $880, stolen during a vehicle break-in Thursday or Friday in the 12000 block of Wakea Drive

• CAPSHAW – DeWalt sliding miter saw, DeWalt table saw, Bostitch Pancake air-compressor, Portercable saw, drill and light and tile saw, total value $1,600, stolen Friday or Saturday from the 21000 block of Capshaw Road

• HARVEST – Jamenez .380 caliber handgun valued at $159, during vehicle break-in Friday or Saturday in the 28000 block of Chasebrooke Drive

• ATHENS – Kenwood car stereo valued at $200 stolen during a vehicle break-in Friday or Saturday in the 18000 block of Foxford Lane

• ATHENS – Wallet and contents of unknown value stolen during a vehicle break-in Friday or Saturday in the 26000 block of Thomas Edward Drive

• HARVEST – One-hundred CDs, valued at $1,200, stolen Saturday during a vehicle break-in Saturday in the 28000 block of Chasebrooke Drive

• ARDMORE – Walmart gift card of unknown value stolen Friday during a vehicle break-in in the 28000 block of Stateline Road

• HARVEST – HP laptop computer valued at $3,000 stolen during a vehicle break-in Friday or Saturday in the 28000 block of Chasebrooke Drive

• HARVEST – Ten CDs, valued at $150, stolen during a vehicle break-in Friday or Saturday in the 28000 block of Chasebrooke Drive

• ATHENS – 5KW generator valued at $500 stolen between March 29 and Saturday from the 19000 block of Airfield Street

• ELKMONT – Mec shotgun reloader, ammunition box, Skil circular saw, DeWalt drill and Progressive reloading press, total value $1,550, stolen during a burglary between April 8 and Saturday in the 27000 block of Bethel Road

• ATHENS – Nintendo DS, PS 3, digital camera, Taurus .22 caliber pump rifle and knives with cases, total value $1,150, stolen during a burglary Saturday or Sunday in the 19000 block of Alabama 99

• ELKMONT – Porter Cable air-compressor, valued at $350, stolen during a vehicle break-in Saturday or Sunday in the 16000 block of Section Line Road
