County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Robin Michelle Brown, 41, of 24448 Frank Gossett Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Tommy Edward Cahall, 38, of 24448 Frank Gossett Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Shawn Ray Davis, 41, of 606 U.S. 31 South, Room 130, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Justin Wade Hicks, 27, of 1130 Old Railroad Bed Road, Elkmont, third-degree theft deception and

two counts of first-degree possession of a forged instrument

• Jacob Scott Hood, 23, of 17233 Sneed St., Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of third-degree criminal mischief

• John Mark Ivey II, 26, of 703 Fifth Ave., Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for  menacing

• Johnathan Craig May, 25, of 927 Rolland Gooch Road, Toney, public intoxication

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ATHENS – 2001 Chevy Camaro, value $3,500, stolen  between June 28 and 30 in 16900 block U.S. 72

• ATHENS – Utility trailer, value $700, stolen between June 29 and 30 in 216300 block Shaw Road

• ATHENS – Wedding band, two checkbooks, CD player and two truck hitches, total value $470, stolen June 30 in 15100 block Elk River Mills Road

• ATHENS – Medication, no value given, stolen June 30 in 18200 block Wells Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Steven Leon Bivens, 45, of 18129 Hightower Road, Athens, driving under the influence of controlled substance

• Shawn Ray Davis, 41, of 606 U.S. 31 South, Room 130, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Christian Wade Hatchett, 40, of 634 Toney Road, Toney, probation revocation

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Tuesday:

• Unauthorized use of a white Pontiac G6, value $9,000, on June 30, Room 230, Bomar Inn, U.S. 31 South

• Extense HT and Extense 30 count, total value $57, stolen June 30 at Wal-Mart

• Polaroid 50-inch flat-screen TV, value $500, stolen between  April 30 and June 30 in 1100 block Henry Drive

• Criminal mischief to bay window, value $400, on July 1 in 1000 block Bristol Street

• Two Bluetooth headsets, total value $150, stolen July 1 at Wal-Mart
