Arrest reports for 7/3/14

County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Martin Davidson Adams, 44, of 173 Geddings Lang Road, Harvest, two counts of third-degree burglary

• Devin Allen Falconbury, 27, of 301 Wellington Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for two counts of third-degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance

• Tynan Demar Hardin , 29, of 184 Merganser Blvd., Madison, failing to pay child support

• David Eugene Harrison Jr., 32, of 1304 Cactus St., Room 1, U.S. 31, Athens,  violated probation on previous conviction for third-degree burglary

• Jacob Scott Hood, 23, of 17233 Sneed ST., Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree receiving stolen property

• Jo Ann Wallace Jones, 58, of 2225 Highway 20, Kimberly Court, Lot 81, Decatur, third-degree theft deception

• Dylan Randall Martin, 21, of 27838 Lambert Road, Elkmont, surety rescinds bond on previous charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft (grand jury indictment) and on previous charge of third-degree burglary

• Dwight Posey II, 31, of 12929 Elk River Mills Road, Athens, DUI and endangering the welfare of a child

• Marcus Jabriel Smith, 23, of 16609 Blackburn Road, Lot 8, Athens, second-degree receiving stolen property

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ELKMONT – Piggy bank, value $20, stolen between June 30 and July 1 in 17900 block Witty Mill Road

• ATHENS – Four blank checks, no value given, stolen between June 6 and 16 in 24000 block Drawbaugh Road

• MADISON – Meredith canoe, value $1,500, stolen June 20 in 2500 block Towe Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Lanna Rae Carlile, 23, of 21463 Nelson Lane, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft

• James William Malone, 41, of 600 U.S. 31 South, Room126, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:

• Criminal mischief (spray paint damage) to a Chevrolet C65 dump truck, value $300, between June 30 and July 1 in 17800 block Edgewood Road

• Alabama driver's license, Social Security card, 20 music CDs, seven DVDs, U.S. Currency and coins, two necklaces, three purses and one billfold, total value $93, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between June 30 and July 1 in 600 block Sixth Street

• Schwinn Omega Quest bicycle, value $150, stolen between June 30 and July 1 in 1500 block Pine Street
