County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Kailey Ann Butler, 23, of 5704 Carla Lane, Athens, driving under the influence, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Samantha Leigh Davis, 20, of 104 N. Debeth Plaza, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Thomas Ray Eaton, 31, of 19204 Cox Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of reckless endangerment

• Laura Alicia Law, 28, of 1202 Tower St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and third-degree domestic violence (second degree criminal mischief)

• Travares Lamont Malone, 39, of 1411 U.S. 72 West, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Johnathan Craig May, 25, of 927 Rolland Gooch Road, Toney, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Joshua Alexander McKinney, 24, of 12162 Elk River Mills Road, Athens, third-degree promoting prison contraband

• Dwight Posey II, 31, of 12929 Elk River Mills Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of unlawful imprisonment

• Ruben Rodriguez, 38, of 208 Eighth St. SW, Decatur, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement

• Beth Alyson Shaw, 43, of 18646, Cox Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Brenda Deann Smith, 39, of 20255 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, public intoxication

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Thursday:

• TANNER – Fireworks, no value given, stolen between July 1 and 2 in 11200 block U.S. 31 South

• ATHENS – Sylvania 32-inch TV and wooden nightstand, total value $350, stolen between June 17 and July 2 in 18700 block Easter Ferry Road

• ATHENS – Gold wedding band, value $500, stolen between June 10 and July 2 in 12100 block Piney Chapel Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Gabriel Rowson Fleming, 42, of 14771 Cheyenne Drive, Athens, driving under the influence and bond revoked on previous charge of attempting to elude law enforcement

• Laura Alicia Law, 28, of 1202 Tower St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and third-degree domestic violence (second degree criminal mischief)

• Travares Lamont Malone, 39, of 1411 U.S. 72 West, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Rickey Arnez Williams, 51, of 119 Ash St., Athens, menacing

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Thursday:

• Criminal mischief to glass door, value $120, between July 1 and 2 in 22900 block U.S. 72 East

• Roadmaster Granite bicycle, value $200, stolen June 28 in 500 block Elkton Street

• Criminal mischief to Chevrolet Tahoe windshield, value $400, July 3 at Strain Road and Hickory Street
