— County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Bobby Joe Allen, 39, of 16609 Blackburn Road, No. 18, Athens, public intoxication, resisting arrest, second-degree illegal possession of marijuana and second-degree assault

• Kristin Rose Marie Cohn, 25, of 606 Irving St.., Athens, grand jury indictment for third-degree burglary

• Bethany Paige Garcia, 32, of 212 Sanders St., second-degree assault and second-degree promoting of prison contraband

• Gloria Stephanie Greenhaw, 44, of 21720 Piney Chapel Road, Athens, probation revocation on a previous conviction for third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Jay Allen Montgomery, 30, of 22260 Nelson Road, Elkmont, grand jury indictments for three counts of second-degree theft

• Kathy Lynn Usery, 34, of 6409 Old Madison Pike, Huntsville, harassing communications

• Claude Washington, 42, of 674 County Road 42, Hollywood, failing to register as a sex offender

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ATHENS – Gas can with gas and one battery charger, total value $170, stolen Monday or Tuesday from the 20000 block of Cairo Hollow Road

• ATHENS – Dresser with mirror, tall wardrobe,, antique two-man saw, handsaw with picture of train, tub of auto parts, Wooden L&N box, and a silver chandelier, total value $2,200, stolen during a burglary Tuesday in from a location off Alabama 251

• LESTER – Check valued at $100 stolen Tuesday from the 30000 block of Lester Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Heath Allen Griffin, 31, of 17098 Seven Mile Post Road, Athens, third-degree criminal trespassing

• Alexander Mark Little, 18, of 18537 Sulphur Creek Drive, Elkmont, third-degree theft

• Michael Alexander Fetisoff, 23, of 501 E. Boynton St., Apartment 1, Hamilton, Texas, fugitive from justice arrested for Escambia County, Fla., on charges of grand theft auto and second-degree theft

• Kristen Denise Sanders, 29, of 27934 Sterling Road, Ardmore, third-degree theft

• Dennis Bryant Springer, 46, of 18914 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, second-degree theft by deception and possession of a controlled substance

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Computer hardware/software and currency, valued at $146.69, stolen Tuesday from Wal-Mart

• Twenty-two-foot ladder valued at $75 stolen Tuesday from the 17000 block of Brownsferry Road.
