— County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Monday:

• Brandy Nicole May, 28, of 29559 Easter Ferry Road, Lester, second-degree theft

• John Delane Armstead, 37, of P.O. Box 501, Guild, Tenn., DUI

• Michael Scott McKelvey, 46, of 193 Payton Road, Brownsboro, DUI

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Monday:

• MADISON – Gas can, bow saw and pruning shears, total value $60, stolen Friday from the 13000 block of Burgreen Road

• ATHENS – Cash totaling $3, stolen Thursday or Friday from the 26000 block, Suite B, of U.S. 72

• ATHENS – Cash totaling $25 and an iPad valued at $350, stolen Thursday or Friday from the 26000 block, Suite D, of U.S. 72

• ELKMONT – Stihl chainsaw, half-inch Ingersol-Rand impact wrench, a Craftsman Deep Well pack socket, and miscellaneous John Deere tools, total value $1,050, stolen between June 20-24 from the 22444 block of New Garden Road

• TANNER – Garmin NUVI global positioning system, Victorinox leatherman tool, and medication, total value $325, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle June 24 or 25 from Pryor Field Regional Airport

• ANDERSON – Blupaunkt CD player, two 6-by-9-inch speakers, 10 CDs, and clothes,  total value $340, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle between June 24 and Friday from the 7000 block of Tommy Hill Road

• ATHENS – Eight-week-old Rottweiler puppy and 11-week-old Poodle puppy, total value $800, stolen Friday from the 23000 block of Slate Road

• ATHENS – Murray riding lawnmower, two large generators, two Stihl chainsaws, tool box with tools, Stihl FS110R weed cutter, and Craftsman push mower, total value $3,900, stolen between April 28 and Saturday from the 10000 block of U.S. 72

• MADISON – Chevy 1998 truck, valued at $2,200, stolen Friday or Saturday from the 30000 block of U.S. 72

• ATHENS – Big screen TV, jewelry, Dale Earnhardt tin, and 25-year Saginaw wrist watch, all of unknown value, stolen Saturday or Sunday from the 15000 block of Joseph Drive

• ATHENS – Emerson 55-inch TV, Sony 27-inch TV, Colby 27-inch TV, Ellegant 32-inch TV, X-Box with controllers and Wii games, total value $1,900, stolen Sunday from the 16000 block of Brownsferry Road
