County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday and Saturday:

• Dennis Rafeal Artaud Jr., 25, of 1101 U.S. 31 South, Room 232, Athens, chemical endangerment of a child

• Terrance Terrell Davis, 24, of 397 Bollweevil Lane, Toney, failing to pay child support

• Joshua Allen Dean, 35, of 331 Cedar Trail Lane, Harvest, three counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Connie Lee House, 30, of  1101 U.S. 31 South, Room 232, Athens, chemical endangerment of a child

• Billy Gene Roberson Jr., 48, of 28683 Mooresville Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Monteze Ray Sales, 23, of 2908 Wilson Drive, Huntsville, violated probation on previous conviction for third-degree burglary (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)

• Alexandro Santiago, 29, of 222 Brockton Drive, Madison, driving under the influence

• Louis Edward Horton, 49, of 19265 Roosevelt Road, Tanner, two counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Daniel Lee Howard, 56, of 1322 U.S. 72 East, Athens, third-degree theft

• Michael Kevin Nelson, 44, of 1418 East Elm Street, Apt. 5E, Athens, first-degree theft

• Matthew Ryan Palmer, 21, of 410 Monroe Avenue, Apt. 8, Muscle Shoals, driving under the the influence of drugs and second-degree illegal possession of marijuana

• Michael Vandell Peterson, 38, of 4920 Cotton Row, Huntsville, possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal trespassing

• Tanesha Leeann Reedus, 31, of 905 Frazier Street, Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• James Willie Scales II, 30, of 316 Vine Street, Athens, first-degree illegal possession of marijuana

 

 

 

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following theft Friday:

• ATHENS — Checkbook, sunglasses, Marlin .22-caliber rifle, total value $350, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle March 13 at Elk River Lodge on U.S. 72 West

 

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Brian Keith Allen, 53, of 513 10th St., Portageville, Mo., driving under the influence of combined substances

• Heather Dennard, 27, of 408 Chestnut St., Athens, driving under the influence

 

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following theft Friday:

• Mazda B3000 truck, value $6,000, stolen between March 13 and 14 in 400 block East Pryor Street
