Arrest reports for Sunday, 3/23/14

County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday and Saturday:

• Chasity Nicole Bohanan, 30, of 734 Lauderdale County Road 574, Rogersville, seven counts of negotiating worthless negotiable instrument and Lauderdale County charges for 21 counts of negotiating worthless negotiable instrument

• Albert Ernest Enchia III, 35, of 1101 U.S. 31, Room 226, Athens, possession and selling of meth precursors (Ephedrine)


County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday and Saturday:

• ATHENS – Two wedding rings valued at $140 and $120 in cash, stolen between March 13 and Thursday from the 19000 block of Piney Chapel Road

• ELKMONT – Three checks of unknown value stolen March 15 from the 21000 block of Tillman Mill Road

• MADISON – A Siberian Husky dog valued at $150 stolen Sunday from the 12000 block of Burgreen Gin Road


City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest for Thursday and Friday:

• Amber Nichole Robertson, 21, of 13345 Hickory Hills Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Keane Lamar Robinson, 20, of 1124 Bessemer Road, Huntsville, third-degree criminal trespassing

• Clarence Heard, 50, Plainview Circle, third-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of bond revocation for previous convictions of second- and third-degree criminal mischief

• Troy Lee Norton, 45, of 20524 Johnson Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Billy Amerson, 49, 106 6th Ave., Athens, arrest for Decatur Police

• Joshua Allen Dean, 35, of 1208 Runnymeade SW, Decatur, theft by fraudulent lease

• April Dawn Miller, 41, of 300 Mark St., Pulaski, third-degree theft

• Zachary Wayne Weatherford, 23, of 18256 Edgewood Road, Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Timothy Joshua Pennington, 22, of 1410 E. Elm St., Apartment A15, Athens, arresterd for city of Madison Police


City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following theft and incident reports for Thursday and Friday.

• Glass door sustained $150 in damage due to criminal mischief Thursday at Marion and Green streets

• Nine West purse, payroll cards from two jobs, Social Security card, and driver license, total value, $65, stolen Wednesday from a location at U.S. 72 and South Jefferson Street

• Two four-packs of Russian Body Bundles hair extensions, valued at $48, stolen Thursday from the 600 block of U.S. 72 West
