County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• James Kenyon Demory, 34, of 26963 Capshaw Road, Athens, violated parole on previous conviction for third-degree burglary

• Danny Wayne Robinson, 29, of 6809 Highway 64, Lexington, second-degree possession of marijuana and second-degree promoting prison contraband

• Jennifer Kay Sadek, 56, of 417 Elkton St., Apt. A, Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Raymond Dunnell Robinson Watkins, 30, of 550 Barnett Road, Rogersville, second-degree possession of marijuana and promoting prison contraband

• Shaquana Denise Williams, 27, of 20135 Wallace Lane, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ATHENS — Four Sawzall blades, value $100, stolen between March 8 and 10 in 16900 block U.S. 72

• ATHENS — 2005 Pontiac Montana van, value $7,000, stolen March 9 on Alabama 99

• ATHENS — Tom Tom GPS, cellphone, tools and medication, total value $1,628, taken March 7 during breaking and entering of a vehicle on Alabama 251

• ATHENS — Black barrel with spigot and two blue barrels, total value $115, stolen March 10 in 15200 block Evans Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Marvin Alan Bolton, 55, of 110 Thomas St., Athens, driving under the influence

• Preston Lee Riegger, 31, of 524 Elder St., Calvert  City, Ky., fugitive from justice and third-degree theft

• Jeremy D. Meredith, 35, of 4847 U.S. 45 South, Paducah, Ky., third-degree theft

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Tuesday:

• Smith & Wesson .40-caliber pistol, Xbox 360 and change, total value $800, stolen March 10 in 100 block Hammons Street

• Nexus 7 16-gigabyte tablet, Dell Inspiron laptop and MSI Windows 7 laptop, total value $1,450, stolen March 10 in 500 block First Street

• Three broken windows and damaged burglar bars, total value $600, during burglary between March 10 and 11 at Old Decatur Road construction site

• Cigarettes, door and lock, total value $250, stolen between March 10 and 11 in 1200 block U.S. 72 West

• $50 cash stolen March 11 in 2100 block Aretha Street
