County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Brandon Lee Jackson, 35, of 27824 Snap Devin Way, Toney, probation violation on a previous convictionof first-degree criminal trespassing, and failure to pay child support

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following theft Tuesday:

• ATHENS – Two DeWalt drills, DeWalt SawsAll, handtools and medications, total value $500, stolen Sunday from the 14000 block of U.S. 72

• ATHENS – Garmin GPS valued at $125 stolen Friday or Saturday from the 25000 block of Caldera Drive

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Carlos Romero Rodriguez, 47, of 23490 Gray Ridge Road, Elkmont, felony driving under the influence of alcohol, three counts of DUI, no insurance, switched tag, driving with suspended license and public intoxication

• Brandon Dewayne Mosley, 22, of 1201 Brownsferry St., Athens, attempting to elude law enforcement

• Johnny Lynn Eggers Jr., 18, of 712 Horton St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment), and resisting arrest

• Pamela Ann Holt, 44, of 1405 Plato Jones, Athens, arrest for Decatur Police

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following incidents and thefts Tuesday:

• GMC front flatbed bumper stolen and criminal mischief to a GMC front flatbed bumper, total value $800, occurred between Friday and Monday in the 1600 block of West Elm Street

• Two 5-gallon full gas containers valued at $70, stolen between Friday and Sunday from the 300 block of North Beaty Street

• Smith & Wesson semi-automatic SD-40 pistol, valued at $400, stolen during the unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle Monday in the 1900 block of U.S. 31 South

• Assorted clothing, Army-type duffel bag, two large hunting knives and medication, total value $160, stolen Tuesday from the 100 block of North Thomas Street

• Damage to a fence totaling $500 Monday in the 1400 block of North Jefferson Street
