County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday and Saturday:

• Nathan Scott Ferrell, 33, of 29064 Stonehenge Drive, Toney, harassment

• Loren Cricket Garner, 60, of 12899 Nani Drive, Madison, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• John Braden Meredith, 37, of 17774 Newby Chapel Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Robert Joseph Organ, 30, of 18 Fernham Lane, Palm Coast, Fla., second-degree theft

• Bobby Wayne Waldrep, 44, of 12328 Beech Fork Lane, Athens, public intoxication

• Sharon Dewise Body, 49, of 1412-B Carver Heights, Florence, violated probation on previous conviction for negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Ronnie Earl Duncan, 52, of 203 Seminole Drive, Huntsville, public intoxication

• Justin Dewayne Lewter, 30, of 23786 Mooresville Road, Athens, driving under the influence

• Amanda Beth Malone, 34, of 26522 Bain Road, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Jacob Alec Pylant, 23, of 27947 Alabama 251, Ardmore, third-degree theft

• Larry Keith Springer, 36, of Maranitha Way, Lot 8, Rogersville, driving under the influence

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• ATHENS — Air-conditioner unit, four metal tables, steel well cover, four bags of corn, total value $920m stikeb between April 9 and 10 in 18700 block Wells Road

• HARVEST — Taurus PT-140 .40caliber handgun, value $375,  taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between April 7 and 10 in 15900 block Solky Drive

• TANNER — Browning 9 mm handgun, value $650, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between April 9 in 21200 block Flight Line Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Michelle Marie Brown, 31, of 906 W. Sanderfer Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Keesha Lashae Riggs, 31, of 15342 Section Line Road, Elkmont, domestic violence – criminal mischief

• Bradley James Wood, 27, of 609 First Ave., Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Twenty-four assorted steaks, value $250, stolen April 9 in 600 block South Jefferson Street

• Failure to pay $55 for gasoline April 10 in 800 block U.S. 31 South

• Body wash, sandals, wiggle eyes, T-shirt and boy's polo shirt, total value $27, stolen April 10 at Walmart

• Plastic grill under bumper, value $25, stolen April 10 in 300 block North Beaty Street
