County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Alex Brendan Gordon, 28, of 112 Husky Drive, Toney, third-degree theft

• Stacey McCown Hasting, 26, of 29504 Wooley Springs Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Andrew Clark Payne, 18, of 21308 Tillman Mill Road, Elkmont, public intoxication

• Christina Leann Peace, 29, homeless, first-degree theft

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• TANNER— Wii Nintendo game system, floor lamp, 39-inch flatscreen TV and 26-inch TV, $1,890, stolen between April 3 and 4 in 10800 block Mayberry Road

• ELKMONT — Jewelry, value $3,000, stolen April 15 in 25200 block Gutherie Road

• TONEY — Two photocells for flood light, two bulbs for flood light and two lawn statues, total value $110, stolen April 15 in 29000 block Stonehenge Drive

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Eric Allen Clem, 27, of 22268 Sugar Way Road, Elkmont, third-degree theft

• Latoya Racheal Harris, 36, of 502 Brownsferry St., Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft

• John Elijah Hurn, 21, of 504 10th Ave., Athens, possession of a controlled substance

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:

• Taurus Public Defender black .45-caliber revolver, value $460, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between April 8 and 15 in 1250 block Audubon Lane

• Currency, purse, medication, checks and Chase Bank Visa credit/debit card, total value $265, stolen April 15 in 1100 block South Jefferson Street

• Six pack of beer, value $7, stolen April 15 at Wal-Mart

• Apple iPhone with large crack on screen and clear back, value $500, stolen April 15 in 600 block U.S. 72 West
