County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Angel Marie Cuevas, 19, of 120 Westview, Apt. 82, Lexington, grand jury indictment for first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Heath Allen Griffin, 31, of 16606 Hampton Lane, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of second-degree domestic violence (strangulation)

• Timothy John Heinen, 26, of 15853 Dupree Drive, Athens, contempt (drug court)

• James William Malone, 40, of 700 S. Houston St., Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Jennifer Michelle McCune, 31, of 24322 Frank Gossett Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for second-degree possession of a forged instrument (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)

• Randall Cortez Timmons, 33, of 1700 Bellview Drive, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for first-degree possession of marijuana

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ATHENS — Utility trailer (6-by-10), value $2,000, stolen between April 4 and 6 in 19500 block Moyers Road

• ATHENS — Three pictures and Alcatel cellphone, total value $103, stolen April 7 in 18200 block Minnie Drive

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Michael Thomas Haney, 25, of 26242 Clem Road, Elkmont, third-degree criminal trespass

• Amanda Joyce Roden, 36, of 1810 Wadstorth St., Decatur, third-degree theft

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• John Deere Tractor mailbox, value $175, stolen between April 5 and 6 in 23300 block Pepper Road

• GTIN video baby monitor, double breast pump, tank top, cami top, baby on board sign and change pads, total value $433, stolen April 7 at Walmart

• $20 cash stolen April 8 in 100 block Swan Drive
