County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Robin Ja'nita Adams, 25, of 1401 Malone St., Apt. 108-A, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Casey Wayne Anderson, 35, of 24142 Slate Road, Elkmont, public intoxication

• Tanya Eller Brown, 35, of 28699 Monte Way, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Andrew Joseph Darmer, 28, of 23760 Norman Lane, Elkmont, criminal mischief

• Gary Burnell Eller, 43, of 28699 Monte Way, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Randall Thomas Swafford Jr., 33, of 26248 Oak Grove Road, Elkmont, bond revoked on previous charge of manufacturing a controlled substance

• Vivian Louise Turner, 40, of 27239 Salem Minor Hill Road, Lester, giving a false name and probation revoked on previous conviction for failing to pay child support

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ATHENS — $40 cash taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle April 9 in 16700 block Mulberry Lane

• ATHENS — Medication, value $20, stolen April 8 in 16300 block Hampton Lane

• HARVEST — Ruger 9 mm handgun, value $350, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between April 8 and 9 in 16500 block Wellhouse Drive

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Anthony Thomas Hastings, 36, of 20423 Harris Road, Athens, public intoxication

• Marc Steven Luxemburg, 32, of 18606 Elles Drive, Athens, third-degree assault

• Lakerris Antwan Petty, 30, of 1405 Grave Ave., Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for two counts of third-degree criminal trespass

• Patrick Wayne Ross Richter, 21, of 20056 Harris Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Casey Cole White, 30, of 808 W. Pryor St., Athens, arrest for Lauderdale County agency

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• $588 stolen April 10 in 300 block Lee Street East

• Eight video games, auxiliary cord and Bluetooth, total value $185, stolen April 9 at Walmart

• $300 U.S. currency stolen April 9 in 200 block Wood Street
