County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday and Saturday:

• David Lee Brown, 34, of 29354 Ninth Ave., Ardmore, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Kelli Elizabeth Dunson, 25, of 1575 Johnson Ave., New Hope, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree promoting prison contraband

• James William Malone, 40, of 700 S. Houston St., Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for first-degree theft deception

• Kayie Lashae Ridinger, 20, of 17736 Coffman Road, Elkmont, harassment

• Tyler Duane Trotter, 26, of 26389 Big Branch Way, Athens, first-degree theft

• Earl Blake Emerson, 40, of 1503 Wheeler St., Athens, public lewdness

• Marco Antonio Mendoza, 19, of 16727 Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, second-degree possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol

• Thomas Larias Pablo, 30, of 407 Seventh Ave., Athens, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement

• Lloyd Calvin Taylor, 21, of 1917 Second Ave. North, Pell City, bond revoked on previous charge of fraudulent use of a credit card

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no new thefts Friday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Christopher Allen Colwell, 21, of 809 Swan Drive, Athens, third-degree theft

• Britany Dawne Gray, 23, of 1003 Frazier St., Athens, third-degree criminal trespass

• Christopher Lee Gray, 38, of 1003 Frazier St., Athens, third-degree criminal trespass

• Joseph Lee Moore, 39, of 1414 12th St., Athens, third-degree theft

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Three America's First Federal Credit personal checks and 12 Publix Employee Federal Credit Union personal checks, total value $10, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle April 17 in 1200 block Kelli Drive

• Eighteen-inch bundle of copper wire, value $600, stolen between April 11 and 15 in 100 block Fitness Way

• Merchandise and two iPad cases, total value $162, stolen April 17 at Wal-Mart
