ARREST REPORT July 14, 2010

County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Seth Drew Chambers, 25, of 1217 Mitwede St. S.W., Hartselle, driving under the influence (serving five days in jail)

• Keri Elizabeth Courson, 25, of 24028 Slate Road, Elkmont, attempting to commit a controlled substance crime and conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime; arrested by Deputy Johnny Morell

• Steven Wayne Emerson, 32, homeless, probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft

• David Keith Montgomery, 22, of 1255 Audubon Lane, Athens, public intoxication

• Margariito Hermenegildo Roblero, 36, of 2592 Stateline Road, Apt. 2, Ardmore, DUI and possession of prohibited liquor

• Oscar Harold Simmons, 63, of 20517 Riverview Drive, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• 15-year-old male juvenile arrested and charged with third-degree theft for allegedly stealing three bags of M&Ms, two candy bars and one energy drink, total $5.25, from Dollar General store on Alabama 99, according to Limestone County Chief Investigator Stanley McNatt

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• PlayStation 2 game console and four games, total $160, stolen July 10 from 15000 block of East Limestone Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Charles Wayne Coffman, 46, of 12074 Little Coffman Road, Lester, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia

• Tavoras Antwan Coffman, 25, of 503 Welch Drive, Athens, probation revocation

• Portia Elise Sanders, 45, of 4606 Lakewood Drive N.W., Huntsville, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for third-degree theft

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• Athens electric meter valued at $100 stolen from 1311 Wheeler St. between June 28 and July 12

• Vehicle tag value at $27 stolen from 318 Adell Place between July 10 and 12

Hospital report

Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions or discharges Tuesday.
