Arrest reports for Friday, May 30

— County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• John Michael Hall, 41, no address given, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Wendell Hyter Jr., 22, of 112 Joyce Drive, Hazel Green, arrested on grand jury indictments for first-degree burglary, second-degree assault and first-degree robbery

• Jennifer Michelle King, 37, of 25005 Elkton Road, Elkmont, driving under the influence of alcohol

• Heather Michele Lawson, 24, of 14473 Bell Road, Athens, surety off bond on charges of first-degree theft, and three counts of second-degree forgery

• Jose Manuel Muzaurita, 36, of 738 Starnes Cove Road, Ashville, N.C., two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ELKMONT – Cash, a check and two raffle tickets, valued at $200, stolen May 22 from the 27000 block of Oak Grove Road

• MADISON – Kent Freestyle 18-inch bicycle, valued at $85, stolen Monday or Tuesday from the 13000 block of Dickens Lane

• MADISON – Pressure washer valued at $350, stolen Wednesday from the 29000 block of Creekwood Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Brandon Levar Cain, 37, of 20781 Huntsville-Brownsferry Road, Tanner, attempting to elude a law enforcement officer

• Andrea Michelle Shoulders, 36, of 304 Henry Drive, Athens, sentenced from court

City theft

The Athens Police Department reported the following theft Thursday:

• Alabama vehicle registration tag, valued at $50, stolen between May 24 and Tuesday in the 1100 block of U.S. 31
