— Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Nigel John Allison, 27, of 29898 Mooresville Road, Ardmore, bond revoked on previous charge of driving under the influence

• Maverick Labarron Dortch, 21, of 11789 Gary Redus Drive, Tanner, failing to pay child support

• Maverick Farrar, 52, of 11789 Gary Redus Drive, Tanner, third-degree theft

• Christopher Lee Gray, 36, of 1003 Frazier St., Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of first-degree theft

• Priscilla Eileen Joles, 19, of 12267 Lawngate Road, Athens, first-degree theft

• Rachel Marie Lacroix, 26, of 121 Britney Drive, Toney, chemical  endangerment of a child

• Brandon Dewayne Mosley, 21, of 1201 Brownsferry St., Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for third-degree theft

• Donald Eric Pippin, 32, of 1211 Turner St., Muskogee, Okla., giving a false name

• Patricia Ann White, 24, of 19978 Elkton Road, Athens, public intoxication

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ARDMORE – Scrap metal, valued at $375, stolen Oct. 15 from 28000 block Old Scrouge Road

• ATHENS – Jewelry, no valued listed, burglarized Oct. 15 from 18000 block East Limestone Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Julius Antoine Allen, 21, of 12204 Lucas Way, Apt. 2-N, Athens, possession of a firearm by a violent felon and attempting to elude

• Darius Lamont Freeman, 38, of 16615 Albert Road, Athens, first-degree possession of marijuana

• Cornelius Dewayne Orr, 24, of 1713 W. Elm St., Apt. 44, Athens, driving with a suspended license

• Corey Maurice Redus, 38, of 12120 Page Road, Tanner, first-degree possession of marijuana

City thefts 

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• Alltell brand cellphone, bench, rocking chair, porch swing, two flowerpots and doorframe, total value $590, stolen Oct. 12 from 20000 block Booker Drive

• Chevrolet sportvan, valued at $2,500, stolen between Aug. 15, 2010 and Oct. 15, 2012 from 500 block U.S. 72 West

• Four Ford Mustang wheels and tires, valued at $250, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle Oct. 15 in 16000 block Athens-Limestone Boulevard

• $59 cash stolen between Oct. 15 and 16 from 1300 block U.S. 72 East


• Edward Elgie Smith of Athens was injured in a wreck at 11:27 a.m. Oct. 16 on Edgewood Road at the intersection of Elm Street and Airport Road
