County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Bradley Allen Barran, 24, 10708 Paradise Shores Road, Athens, third-degree burglary

• Betty Yvonne Bell, 55, 23733 Pressnell Road, Lot 6, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Jimmy Lee Johnson, 26, 19158 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, second-degree receiving stolen property

• Charles William Phillips, 49, 24670 Bethel Road, Elkmont, driving under the influence of alcohol, no seat belt and driving with a revoked license

• Thomas Jackson Tombs Jr., 43, of 23733 Pressnell Road, Lot 6, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Steven Terry Williams, 24, 550 Barnett Road, Rogersville, on a warrant from the Rogersville Police Department

• Whitley Montrue Davis, 24, 100 E. Sanderfer Road, Apartment 107, Athens, theft of property

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• A driver license, $30 in currency, one Redstone Arsenal Visa credit/debit card, and leather purse valued at $20 stolen during the unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle in the Kmart parking lot, U.S. 31 North, Tuesday.

• A sliding glass door valued at $400 was broken in an act of criminal mischief Wednesday at 1200 Woodbridge Drive, Apartment 501

• An EBT card stolen during an unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 100 block of Christopher Circle Wednesday

• Two t-shirts, sweater, shirt, and jeans, total value $73.70, stolen from 1011 U.S. 72 Thursday 

Wreck

• Ana Cecilia Subia-Bell of Madison was injured in a wreck on Market Street, between Marion and Jefferson streets, Wednesday at 9:45 p.m.
