County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrest Wednesday:

• James Ruben Hatter, 35, of 16606 Hampton Lane, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for second-degree theft


County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ATHENS — 1995 Caprice 4L-60 transmission, value $350, stolen March 4 in 14300 block Blackburn Road

• ELKMONT — Two antique Wooden radios, three antique saddles, glass case and end tables, no value given, stolen between March 1 and 4 in 27000 block New Bethel Road


City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Wednesday:

• Ronald Stanley, 56, homeless, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass


City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:

• 2004 Dodge Stratus, value $7,500 stolen March 3 in 100 block Bullington Road

• Two flower planters, two garden trellis and a bicycle, total value $115, stolen March 4 in 700 block U.S. 31 South

• Criminal mischief to fuse box to residenetial trailer, value $800, on March 4 in 1500 block Wheeler Street

• Several articles of children’s clothing, metal green wallet, driver’s license and Social Security card, total value $75, stolen March 3 in 13200 block U.S. 31 South.
