Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Devin Allen Falconbury, 25, of 301 Wellington Road, Athens, hold for court

• Roxanne Sherice Hutchinson, 34, of 19069 Holt Road, Athens, hold for court

• Jason Allen McConnell, 23, of 26308 Seventh St., Ardmore, hold for court

• Hosea Saman Thompson, 31, of 22595 Compton Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance

• Clifton Brent Webster, 25, of 980 Ford Chapel Road, Harvest, third-degree burglary (hold for court)

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ELKMONT – Seven-foot green art tree, valued at $35, burglarized between Nov. 1 and 9 in 20000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road

• LESTER – Honda Rancher four-wheeler, valued at $3,500, stolen Nov. 9 from 28000 block Smith Hollow Road

• ATHENS – Jewelry and household items, total value $175, burglarized between Nov. 8 and 10 in 25000 block Thatch Road

• ELKMONT – Seven-foot Christmas tree, five boxes of Christmas decorations and miscellaneous items, total value $825, burglarized between Nov. 1 and 10 in 20000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road

• TANNER – Xbox game, valued at $60, stolen between Nov. 8 and 9 on Lincoln Street

• ELKMONT – Household items, valued at $1,470, burglarized between Nov. 1 and 10 in 20000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road

• ATHENS – Campbell Hausfeld air compressor, valued at $300, stolen between Nov. 1 and 10 from 27000 block Nick Davis Road

• ELKMONT – Household items, valued at $2,200, burglarized between Nov. 1 and 10 in 20000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road

• ATHENS – Wallet with contents, valued at $360, stolen Nov. 9 from 19000 block Airfield Street

• ATHENS – Household items, valued at $150, burglarized Nov. 9 on Oakdale Road

• ELKMONT – Household items, valued at $1,200, burglarized between Nov. 1 and 10 in 20000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road

• LESTER – Utility trailer measuring 5-foot-by10-foot and valued at $1,000 stolen between Nov. 1 and 10 from 10000 block Short Cut Road

• ATHENS – Electronics, valued at $925, burglarized between Nov. 9 and 12 on Edgewood Road

• ATHENS – Twelve rifles/shotguns, valued at $6,459, burglarized Nov. 12 in 15000 block Eastep Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Abraham Castillo Bazan, 22, of 16010 Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens, arrest for Florence Police Department

• Sherry Annette Carthen, 40, of Belle Mina, third-degree possession of a forged instrument and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime

• Timothy Wayne Kellum, 38, of 1001 Frazier St., Lot 4, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for DUI

• James Alfred Kirby Jr., 37, of 1417 Lucas St., Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for resisting arrest

• Cynthia Diane Sanchez, 39, of 27154 Oak Grove Road, Athens, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance

• Carlos Jiminez Trigueros, 34, of 603 East St., Athens, DUI

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• Food items valued at $30 stolen from a Cadillac Deville Nov. 8 at Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Chevrolet C1500 truck motor, valued at $5,000 damaged in criminal mischief between Nov. 4 and 5 in 500 block Brownsferry Street

• Two $100 bills stolen between Nov. 9 and 10 from 1300 block U.S. 72 East

• Thirteen car batteries, valued at $1,300, stolen Nov. 9 from Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Fifty-four pounds of scrap copper, valued at $150, stolen between Nov. 9 and 12 from 15000 block Lucas Ferry Road

• Fifty quantities of medication and a black purse, total value $205, taken during the breaking and entering of a vehicle Nov. 11 in 600 block South Jefferson Street
