• Bobby Joe Allen, 39, of 16609 Blackburn Road. No. 18, Athens, third-degree burglary

• Bobby Danon Brooks, 42, of 102 Disc Drive, Harvest, failing to pay child support

• Jeffery Scott Carter, 41, of 502 Brownsferry St., Athens, sex offender travel violation

• Bradley Wayne Hayes, 41, of 975 Co. Road 277, Florence, driving under the influence

• James Devin Ray, 37, of 21742 Bean Road, Athens, distribution of a controlled substance

• Robert Louis Reece III, 42, of 23724 Humphrey Road, Tanner, domestic violence (strangulation), second-degree illegal possession of marijuana

• Laderrick Lashun Thompson, 19, of 24676 McLung Lane, Athens, third-degree theft

• Christopher Jay Baker, 42, of 211 Cascade St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence

• Marcellus Cardelra Ervin, 19, of 123 Mossy Branch Drive, Harvest, third-degree criminal trespassing

• Sandra Luz Mata-Cipriano, 32, of 19123 Lydia Corey Road, Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Brian Matthew Judd, 37, of 615 Swan Drive, Athens, unlawful possession of a controlled substance

• Jessie Glen Adams, 32, of 1101 U.S. 31 South, Room 229, Athens, third-degree domestic violence

• Wesley Quinn Pettus, 43, of 309 Cypress Cove Drive, Florence, second-degree receiving stolen property, DUI

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Tuesday:

• Six PlayStation 3 video games, driver’s license, infant shoes, 1 lb. chorizo, one mango, 12 ounces bacon, Ombre dress, skort set, kid’s shoes, one jalapeno, cream cheese, ground beef, grapes and sandals, total $345, stolen June 16 from 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Dodge Dakota truck valued at $1,000 stolen from 102 Edinburgh Drive between June 16 and 17

• Pallet truck, small motors and roller magnet, total $1,300, stolen from 25000 block Airport Road between June 16 and 17
