Tornado relief benefit

The Athens High School Future Business Leaders of America is hosting a spirit day at Arctic Chill from noon to 8 p.m. Monday, July 1, to support the Red Cross and benefit Oklahoma tornado relief. Arctic Chill is located at 616 U.S. 31 South, Suite B, in Athens.

Fielding reunion

Fielding relatives from Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri will gather for

reminiscing and barbecue at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 4, at Athens Bible School

Senior center fundraiser

A yard sale fundraiser to benefit the East Limestone Senior Center will begin at 7 a.m. Friday, July 5, at the center located on the corner of McCulley Mill and Nick Davis roads.

SATURDAY

Benefit breakfast

The Bethel, Tenn. Lodge 194 F&AM will serve a buffet breakfast to benefit charity from 7-9 a.m. Saturday, July 6, at the Lodge building. Public invited. Nonperishable food items are being collected for the food bank.
