— • Homecoming. Pastor Lester Baker and New Zion Primitive Baptist Church will be at Morning Glory Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 4, in Athens for a Homecoming program.

• Spring Revival. New Life Church presents Miracles on Monday and Tuesday: Spring Revival 2014 at 7 p.m. May 5- 6. Guest  preacher is Pastor Christopher A. Wimberly of the Hunter Hill First Baptist Church in Atlanta. Music by the Indian Creek Church Choir of Huntsville on Monday and the St. James Church Choir of Huntsville on Tuesday. The public is invited. New Life is at 2314 S. Hine St.

• WORD Encounter. The New Life Church Tuesday WORD Encounter-East begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, and will be held each Tuesday at the Lindsay Lane Baptist Church east campus at 1659 Nick Davis Road in Harvest. Pastor Antoyne L. Green will teach the Bible study designed especially for persons living in the East Limestone, Harvest, Toney, Madison, and Huntsville areas. More information: 256-233-7228.

• Youth revival. The Greater Hope Missionary Baptist Church, at 14065 Lucas Ferry Road in Athens, will hold its Youth Revival at 7 p.m. May 14-15. The Rev. Tremaine Snodgrass, associate minister of Blackburn Chapel CPCA in Huntsville will be the evangelist. More information: 256-533-6354.
