Cowart Elementary mother, Angie Pattillo, wants as many local children as possible to have costumes. Pattillo started a costume drive last year and was able to provide 40 costumes to students. This year 80 children were given a new costume Friday morning when the showed up at Cowart without one. Cruella De Vil along with her two henchmen, round up the dalmatians at Brookhill Elementary. Principal Felicia Phillips and the Brookhill teachers and staff entertained the students as they arrived at school to find the many spots floating around the school.
