The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Sunday and Monday, some of which may be the result of grand jury indictments:
• Douglas Oneal Eaton Jr., of 11639 McMeans Blvd, Tanner, DUI.
• Christopher Ryan Gentry, 28, of 16942 Nuclear Plant Road, Athens, DUI.
• Antelmo Montalvo Hernandez, 39, of 19260 Airfield St., Lot, 61, Athens, DUI.
• Tammy Diane May, 35, of 12320 Railroad Ave., Tanner, third-degree domestic violence.
• Terry Dale Pack, 51, of 12320 Railroad Ave., third-degree domestic violence.
• Artimeo Pineda, 29, of 1405 Coffman Drive, Athens, illegal possession of prohibited liquor.
• James Adams Revell, 33, of 23350 Elkton Road, lot A, Elkmont, DUI and driving while license is revoked.
• Carolyn Smith Shirley, 43, of 507 7th Ave., Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.
• Jason Craig Smith, 33, of 24300 Ben Stanford Road, Athens, child abuse.
• Joshua Jon Nathan, 19, of 22058 Ida Lane, Athens, first-degree illegal possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance.
• Darrell Dewight Taylor, 34, of 923 Strain Road, Athens, first-degree illegal possession of marijuana.
• Jerry Havin Tomlin Jr., 20, of 29738 Easter Ferry Road, Lester, reckless endangerment.
• Crystal Sue Turner, 24, of 100 Elliott Road, Ardmore, Tenn., second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
• Roel Tzun, 30, of 21720 Piney Chapel Road, Lot 36, Athens, DUI, no driver’s license, open container.
• William Lowery Baird II, 24, of 14368 Doe Run, Harvest, public intoxication.
• Jerry Lynn Clem, 52, of 27743 Lambert Road, Elkmont, second-degree receiving stolen property.
• Edwin G. Collazo, 28, of 417 Elkton St., Apt. A, Athens, DUI.
• James Kenyon Demory Jr., 28, of 26963 Capshaw Road, Athens, third-degree burglary.
• Angela Pylant Kelley, 34, of 13510 Blackburn Road, Lot 2, Athens, public intoxication.
• Kenneth Edward Mathis, 36, of 15377 East Limestone Road, Harvest, DUI.
• Edward Lee Russell, 53, of 14468 Bell Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence.
• Myra Lynn Swanner, 49, of 24365 Mooresville Road, Athens, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.
• Jackie Glenn Tidwell, 49, of 28470 Schrimsher Road, Belle Mina, three counts of third-degree domestic violence, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Sunday and Monday:
• Darrel Dwight Taylor, 34, of 923 Strain Road, Athens, first-degree possession of marijuana.
• Ralph Erwin Smith, 30, of 21464 Looney Road, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Antelma Montalvo Hernandez, 39, of 192260 Airfield St., Lot 61, Athens, DUI.
• Kristen E. King, 28, of 200 Plum Street, Athens, two-counts of third-degree domestic violence.
• James Robert King, 61, of 200 Plum Street, Athens, third-degree domestic violence.
• Eric Carnell Crutcher, 21, of 1502 W. Market St., Athens, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
• Clarrissa Belle Cructher, 53, of 1502 W. Market, St., Athens, resisting arrest.
• Kmetko Ann Birdsong, 36, of 17330 Lucasferry Road, Athens, resisting arrest.
• Manuel Vargas, 25, of Houston Street, Athens, public intoxication.

Thefts
• A Eddie Bower Edition Ford Expedition valued at $45,000, was reported stolen from 106 Brookwood Drive in Athens on May 8.
• One red bag, U.S. Currency, one Cannon Digital Camera, and one DELL Laptop Computer, all valued at a total of $1,715, were reported stolen from a Dodge Durango at 612 Norton Drive in Athens on May 8.
• One iPod, and U.S. Currency, valued at a total of $400, were reported stolen from a Suziki at 606 Norton Drive in Athens on May 8.
• Miscellaneous change and currency, valued at a total of $10, were reported stolen from a Buick Lesabre at 406 Brookwood Drive in Athens on May 8.
• One Sirius Satellite Radio, and miscellaneous change, valued at a total of $105, were reported stolen from a Chrysler PT Cruiser at 500 Broowood Drive in Athens on May 8.
• Miscellaneous change valued at a total of $15, was reported stolen from a Toyota Camery at 711 Norton Drive in Athens on May 8.
• Four digital cameras valued at a total of $600, were reported stolen from Wal-Mart Supercenter in Athens on May 9.
• One Social Security Card, an Alabama Driver’s License, miscellaneous currency, one black tri-cold wallet, valued at a total of $90, were reported stolen from a Nissian Sentra at 1001 U.S. 72 East in Athens on May 8
• One LG 42-inch flat-screen HDTV, one Magnavox DVD player, one RCA radio, and three pair of Nike tennis shoes, valued at a total of $1,700, were reported stolen from 213 Cloverleaf Drive, Apt. 1, in Athens on May 4.

Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported one admission and no discharges Monday.
Admitted was: Linzy Cosby of Athens.
