Published May 19, 2008 08:47 am - Grand marshal Limestone County Emergency Management Agency Director Spencer Black was this year’s grand marshal at the Limestone County Sheriff’s Rodeo which concluded Saturday night at the Sheriff’s Rodeo Arena. Black, who has been the EMA director for more than 30 years, said he soon may retire to spend more time with his grandchildren — Miles Fleming, Allie Black, Jasey Black, and Jake Fleming. Black will be featured Sunday in the Around Limestone County page of The News Courier.
