County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday, some of which may be the result of recent grand jury indictments:
• Rose Marie Brock, 45, of 28707 Sagewood Circle, Toney, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, running a stop sign, open container of alcohol and no insurance
• Morris Wayne Curry Jr., 32, of 26927 Pettusville Road, Elkmont, harassing communications
• Laura Lynn Hamilton, 26, of 20091 Cox Road, Athens, two counts of forgery
• Steve Wade Malone, 38, of 25005 Elkton Road, Elkmont, failure to pay child support
• Garnell Tavaress McCurley, 32 of 1611 Sanderfer Road, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Charles Kenneth McLeod, 31, of 24993 Esten Lane, Elkmont, two counts of probation violation (DUI)
• Francis Russell Mirabella, 37, of 26762 Bain Road, Athens, domestic violence (harassment)
• Ignacio Diaz Navarro, 34, of 14864 Grubbs Road, Athens, probation violation (DUI)
• Wendy Marie Norman, 27, of 9911 U.S. 72, Lot 5, Athens, three counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of possession of a forged instrument
• Ashton Moriah Reynolds, 20, of 27141 Will Braden Circle, running a red light, driving while suspended, three counts of no insurance, two counts of switched tag and child unrestrained
• Tina Dawn Stanley, 30, of 29274 Easter Ferry Road, Lester, possession of drug paraphernalia (Decatur)

County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:
• 52-inch television, .45-calibur handgun and an Xbox game console, total value $3,950, stolen Wednesday during a burglary in the 7000 block of Snake Road
• Rossi brand .38 Special handgun valued at $350 stolen during a vehicle break-in on U.S. 72 East, no block number available

City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday, some of which may be the result of recent grand jury indictments:
• Linda Janette Green, 53, of 803 Horton St., parole violation/revocation
• Sheena Lynn Harrington, 20, of 705 Sixth St., harassing communications
• Kevin Matthew Kali, 22, of 310 Swan Drive, shoplifting two cans of Heineken beer from 1301 N. Jefferson St.
• Gerald Telford Zubber, 47, f 1929 Trotti St. N.E., Atlanta, Ga., driving under the influence

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:
• Samsung brand cellular telephone valued at $150 stolen Tuesday from 1007 W. Market St.
• Chevron credit card of undetermined value stolen during vehicle break-in between Sept. 26 and Wednesday from 700 W. Market St.
• $227 in cash and $113 in miscellaneous items stolen Monday from 1011 U.S. 72 East following illegal possession or use of a credit card
• Sony brand CD player stolen Wednesday during vehicle break-in at 503 Welch Drive
