A Decatur woman, Limestone County man and two men and a woman from Huntsville are all charged with the manufacture of methamphetamine, according to Sheriff Mike Blakely.
“Today (Thursday) at about noon we heard that Summer Binder, 24, of Decatur was at a residence out on Juanita Drive in East Limestone,” said Blakely. “We had outstanding warrants on her for manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
“One of my officer and the Drug Unit went out there and found a Timothy Hunt, 31, of Juanita Drive and we also found a working meth lab. We also found a Matthew Lemley, 25, of Huntsville, Julian Cherry, 25, of Huntsville, and his wife, Tiffany Cherry, 29, of Huntsville. We confiscated 3 grams of meth.”
Blakely said that Binder was charged on the three outstanding warrants plus another count each of manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance.
Hunt was charged with manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance.
Lemley was charged with manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance.
Julian Cherry was charged with manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, plus possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tiffany Cherry was charged with manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, plus promoting prison contraband.
The sheriff said during a search when Tiffany Cherry was being booked into Limestone County Jail, a package of meth was discovered in a genital orifice.
