The Limestone County Sheriffs Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
Norma Elaine Bynum, 38, of 293 H. Seminole Drive, Huntsville, probation revocation (negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument)
Carol Shanette Franklin, 40, of 904 Beech St., Athens, probation revocation (negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument)
Macy Grant Montgomery, 27, of 27094 Alabama 251, Elkmont, probation violation (second-degree possession of a forged instrument)
John Shannon Smith, 36, of 22774 Pine St., Athens, probation revocation (driving under the influence)
Gary Dwight Vibbert, 51, of 15828 Dupree Drive, Athens, DUI, driving while revoked and no seat belt

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday.
Cassandra Michelle Barnette, 40, of 25742 Winterwood Drive, Madison, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card
Alice Bonner Coleman, 79, of 26070 Coleman St., Elkmont, third-degree theft of property. Coleman is accused of stealing $16.50 worth of items from Big Lots in Athens on Monday, according to Lt. Floyd Johnson. The items include five Disney brand pens, Avon brand jewelry, one silver Avon bracelet and one silver pendant. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jamik Lavoa Gilbert, 30, of 702 Third St., Athens, criminal trespass
Jamie Nicole Kelley, 31, of 904 W. Bryan St., Athens, third-degree theft by deception
Trenton Lee Moss, 44, of 20069 Elkton St., Apt. 1, Athens, driving under the influence
Brenda Jo Renz, 43, of 11982 Shaw Road, Athens, surety rescinded bond (DUI)

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
Izuzu Trooper valued at $2,500 reported stolen Monday from 1102 W. Pryor St. due to unauthorized use of a vehicle
TomTom brand Go 510 global-positioning system valued at $350 stolen Sunday from GMC Sierra parked at 710 S. Clinton St., Apt 313. Vehicle passenger window also sustained $300 damage
Back windshield of Buick Park Avenue valued at $500 damaged Tuesday during criminal mischief at 1803 W. Hobbs St.
Magnavox brand 46-inch television valued at $150 stolen Monday from 701 U.S. 31 South
Radio Shack brand radar detector valued at $119 stolen and window of Chrysler 300 damaged Sunday during vehicle break-in at 700 S. Clinton St., Apt. 8C
Wallet, debit card and cash, total value $75, stolen Sunday during vehicle break-in at 17853 Sweetbriar Drive
Wallet, debit card and cash, total value $20, stolen Monday from 1011 U.S. 72 East
Wrecks
Neely Aden Brooks, 19, of Athens was injured in a two-vehicle accident Monday on Forrest Street in Athens, near the intersection of U.S. 311 and Hoffman Street, according to Athens Police. Although listed as injured on the report, she was not listed as a patient at either Athens-Limestone Hospital or Huntsville Hospital.
