Christmas parades set

Two local communities have set dates for annual Christmas parades.

The annual Reliance Bank Christmas Parade will be at 6 p.m. Dec. 4 in downtown Athens.

Forms are available to participate in the parade at Reliance Banks at112 N. Jefferson St., 111 E. Market St., 22236 U.S. 72 East, 27510 Capshaw Road and 12050 County Line Road.

The Reliance parade, the only nighttime parade in Limestone County, begins at Athens High School and runs around the courthouse square.

The Ardmore AL/TN Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Christmas parade at 1 p.m. Dec. 6 in downtown Ardmore.
