BREAKING: Three injured in wreck in southern Limestone

— Two men and a toddler were injured Tuesday morning where their car and pickup truck collided on Swancott Road in southern Limestone County, according to state troopers.

The driver of a GMC pickup, Zachary Wilson, 21, of Cullman, was taken by ambulance to Huntsville Hospital, where he was listed in good condition Tuesday afternoon, a hospital spokeswoman said.

The driver of a 2003 Toyota, Jason Irvin, 38, of Madison, was taken by MedFlight helicopter to an area hospital. However, troopers did not list the hospital. Irvin’s 1-year-old son, Jonathan Irvin, was also injured. Their conditions were not yet available.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts and the child was in a car seat, troopers said.

The wreck occurred about 8:45 a.m. on Swancott near Pryor Road.
