Limestone residents who want to vote in the June 3 primary election must register to vote by May 23, unless they are already registered.
If you need to register to vote, see if you are already registered, view a sample ballot, get information on voting an absentee ballot, or find your polling place, go online to the state’s official election website at www.alabamavotes.gov.
Voters may also register to vote, locate polling places and find out more information about their registration status by contacting their county board of registrars. In Limestone County, the number is 256-233-6405. You can visit the board of registrars on the second floor of the Clinton Street Courthouse Annex at 100 S. Clinton St., Suite E.
If you have moved
Registered voters who have moved, need to update their voter registration information with the county board of registrars so they may cast a regular ballot in their correct polling place for this election. The deadline for those updates is also May 23.
