More rain expected today; beware winds, flash flooding

— Prepare for more rain today, Limestone County.

Officials at the National Weather Service in Huntsville say thunderstorms will develop during the later-morning to early-afternoon hours. Some of these storm could be strong to severe and produce damaging winds, small hail and heavy rainfall. More rain on already heavily saturated soil could lead to some flash flooding.
