Limestone grand jury charges 169

A Limestone County grand jury formally charged 169 people on charges ranging from rape and robbery to burglary and obstruction of justice during its recent session.

At press time, authorities had not arrested some of those charged, so their names are not listed here. The following people have been arrested on the following charges.

Sex/violent crimes

Donald Ray Winchester, violating sex offender act; Robert Benjamin Wiggins, domestic violence; Carlos Antawan Royles, domestic violence (strangulation); James Harold Bingham Jr., violating sex offender act; Michael Steven Campbell, sexual abuse of a child; Clara Joy Louise Haynes, chemical endangerment of a child; Noah Jay Davis, first-degree robbery; James Ray Franklin, third-degree robbery; Andrew Max Miller, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault; David Allen Roth, second-degree domestic violence; Nicholas Paul Barner, six counts of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree sodomy and one count of second-degree sexual abuse; John Wayne Kelley III, two counts first-degree sexual abuse, six counts second-degree sexual abuse, one count first-degree sodomy and one count second-degree rape; and Terry Wayne Miller, third-degree robbery and first-degree conspiracy to assault;
