Rodeo festivities tonight postponed

The Limestone Sheriff's Rodeo for Friday night, has been POSTPONED due to the rain and in consideration for the safety of the competitors and the animals involved. The Natl. Weather Service predicts the rain will continue until showtime. The chances of rain for the remainder of the weekend are more diminished. The new schedule will be for Saturday and Sunday nights. Gates will open at 6 pm and the main show will begin at 8 pm, rain or shine.

We regret the inconvenience to all the rodeo fans, competitors, and sponsors, but we do not have a choice based on all the circumstances.
