Spring open house set for Saturday on Square

— Add some spring to your wardrobe and your home by taking advantage of downtown deals during Saturday’s spring open house on the downtown Square in Athens.

The Spirit of Athens is sponsoring the event. Stores will have percentages off or other deals, such as drawings for gifts. There will also be special events.

CEI Bookstore will have storyteller Linda Riley reading Bible stories to children at 10:30 a.m.

Pablo’s on Market will have author Belle Crow Ducray, who will sign her illustrated book “Sparkle.”
