Steve Hall, 52 of Ardmore, Ala., died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville,


Born Sunday, Jan.7, 1962 in Decatur, Ala., he was the son of Billy Ray Hall and Patsy Ann Rich Hall. He

enjoyed drag racing, classic cars, and playing the drums in a band. He was a devoted father and son.

Surviving are his wife: Larissa Hall of Ardmore, Ala., daughters, Kaitlynn Rae Hall of Florence, Ala., and Emma Lea Hall of Ardmore; his parents: Billy Ray and Patsy Hall of Ardmore; grandmother: Helen Magnusson of Ardmore; mother-in-law: Alice Usery of Athens, Ala.; sisters-in-law: Alicia Chunn of Athens and Cheryl and Justin Harvey of

Athens; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1 pm. Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home Ardmore,

Ala., with Bro. Lynn Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, Ala. Pallbearers will be Dr.

Tim Huggins, Travis Quillen, Calvin Griffin, Pat Herron, Sam Bowen, and Sandy Hardiman. Honorary Pallbearers

will be David Sharp, Raymond Haley, Jason Brooks, Don Long, Cad Daily, Dale Anderson, Barron Hargrove, Scot

Clark, and Rodney Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral
