Ella Hill

— Mrs. Ella Elizabeth Hill, 92, of Athens died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, at her daughter’s home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at Spry Funeral Home with Terry Lamar, Louis Johnson and Doug McCurry officiating. Visitation is noon till service.

Mrs. Hill was born July 15, 1921, in Limestone County. She was a member of Lebanon Community Church in Athens, and a homemaker.

Survivors include daughter, Gayle Rickert and husband Ralph, Huntsville; grandson, Scott Rickert, Huntsville; great-granddaughter, Ava Rickert, Huntsville; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elwood Hill; two brothers; and three sisters.
