Tottie Riordan

The funeral for Tottie Davene Riordan, 91, of Athens will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, at Spry Funeral Home with Bud White officiating. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is 11:30 a.m. until time of the service Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Riordan died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at Summerford Nursing Home in Falkville.

Tottie Riordan was born March 11, 1922, in Lauderdale County. She was a retired hairdresser. Mrs. Riordan was a member of Northside Church of Christ in Athens.

Survivors include daughter, Judy Hammond Owens and husband Bob of Hartselle; three sons, Ron Hammond and wife Brenda of Arizona, Mickey Hammond and Fred Riordan, both of Athens; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
