Craig Knudtson

HUNTSVILLE — Craig Paul Knudtson, 48, of Athens passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013, at his residence. Mr. Knudtson was born April 7, 1965, in Racine, Wis., to George M. Knudtson and Betty Schmidt.

Services for Mr. Knudtson will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Rob Speer officiating. Burial with honors will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Knudtson was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Malissa Knudtson; daughter, Katherine Scribner and husband Victor; son, Geoffrey Knudtson and wife Joycelyn; parents, George Knudtson and Betty Schmidt; in-laws, David and Barbara Hamby; siblings, Susan Singh, Linda Knudtson, Connie Knudtson, Keith Knudtson, Beth Knudtson and Mohammed Noman, Mark and Chris Knudtson, Cheryl Knudtson, Brian and Michele Knudtson, Dean Knudtson, D’Wayne and Sharon Hamby, Alan Hamby, and Rob and Becky Speer; nieces and nephews, Devin Singh, Daniel, Eric, Samantha, and Ben Knudtson-Thompson, Amanda Captain, Melissa Knudtson, Kyle and Miranda Knudtson, Malik Parker, Evan, Nolan, Clayton and Malory Knudtson, Rachel, Matthew and Andrew Knudtson, Tina and Elizabeth Hamby, Robert and Rebecca Speer; and also the wonderful family of God he was surrounded with throughout his life. 

Pallbearers will be Geoffrey Knudtson, Rob Speer, Robert Speer, Bert Dain, Mike Selsvik, Daniel Selsvik, Brent Horne and Rob Cook.
