Jane Holland

— Jane Webb Holland, 66, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013, at Huntsville Hospital.

Jane Holland was born in Limestone County to Earnest and Ruth Lauderdale Webb on Nov. 15, 1946. Mrs. Holland was a longtime member of Isom's Chapel United Methodist Church, a homemaker, and “Granny Jane.” She worked several years at East Limestone High School.

Mrs. Holland was preceded in death by her parents; and twin sister, Jean Adams.

The funeral for Mrs. Holland is at 11 a.m. Friday at Isom’s Chapel Methodist Church. Burial will be in Isom’s Chapel Cemetery with Eddie Gooch and Mark Long officiating.

Pallbearers are Dee Holland, Chris Holland, Wayne Hardiman, David Jones, Dave Wood and Allen Taylor.

Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, John Holland; daughter, Monica Cooper and husband Charles; son, Shawn Holland and wife Katina; one brother, Danny Webb and wife Betty Ann; one sister, Denise Taylor and husband Clint; six grandchildren, Emma Cooper, Tiffany Charles, Paige Cooper, Monica Burdick, Marianna Cooper and Tyler Holland; and one great-grandchild, Bayleigh Charles.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Isom's Chapel Methodist Church or Gideon's International.
