Hazel Toone

— The funeral for Hazel O. McGlocklin Toone, 102, of Athens, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Spry Funeral Home with Warren Glass and David Cox officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Toone died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at Athens Rehab and Senior Care. She was born Oct. 13, 1910, in Limestone County.

Mrs. Toone was a member of Market Street Church of Christ in Athens and a retired E.O.C.

Survivors include her son, Jerry McGlocklin and wife Joyce of Athens; three step-daughters, Myrtle Barnett and husband David of Athens, Rosella Pugh of Athens, and Jean Campbell and husband Jay of Madison; grandchildren, Leigh Ann McGlocklin and Kayla Clark and husband Haden; great-granddaughter, Kylie Jewell Haden; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be David Barnett, Derrick Barnett, Haden Clark, Terry Andrews, Tony Sowell and Mike Sowell.
