Atilano Valdiviezo

Atilano Solis Valdiviezo, 79, of Tanner passed away Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at Decatur Morgan Hospital.  Mr. Valdiviezo was born Oct. 5, 1934, in Mexico to Acencion Valdiviezo Lopez and Nicolasa Solis Cardenas.

Services for Mr. Valdiviezo are at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation is from noon until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his children, Benancio Valdiviezo Olivas, Luciano Valdiviezo and wife Adela Nava, Micaela Veleta and husband Ramon, Nicolasa Salas and husband Ivan, Isidro Valdiviezo and wife Nita, Cynthia Simmons and husband Larry and Kelly Smith and husband Shannon; wife, Isabel Olivas Paredes; 25 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three brothers; and two sisters.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Valdiviezo.

Pallbearers are Raymond Veleta, Ivan Salas, Armando Valdiviezo, Luciano Valdiviezo, Higinio Valdiviezo and Arnoldo Valdiviezo.
