Circulation Manager
The News Courier is seeking a motivated professional with strong leadership abilities to direct our circulation operation and understand our commitment to our customers.

The qualified candidate will be responsible to:

•Direct all sales and marketing, home delivery, single copy and customer service aspects of our business
•Lead circulation strategic planning
•Recruit, develop and train staff
•Direct Newspaper in Education program
•Develop annual revenue and expense budget and ensure on-budget performance

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and oversee many projects at one time is a must. The position requires non-traditional hours.
