— Tre Mason announced this afternoon he will declare for the 2014 NFL draft. Mason broke Bo Jackson's single-season rushing record by running for 195 yards in the BCS National Championship game.
The junior broke Jackson's 28-year-old school single-season record with 1,816 yards. He also ran for 24 touchdowns.
He ran for 1,000 yards last season in which Auburn went 3-9, starting the final six games of the year. As a freshman, Mason had 28 carries for 161 yards and a touchdown. He led the team as a freshman with 633 kickoff return yards and a touchdown.
Mason finished with 2,977 yards in his three year career.
This is the run that broke Jackson's record. It was Mason's final carry at Auburn.
